Research Interests
Scientists always list `research interests' on their homepage, but they usually only really research 1/3 to 1/2 of these things. Here are the research interests of the TongScientists:
- SiBen: The optimum mix of tea and ribena, the best breakfast cereal, application of machine learning to killer mega-robots, FunResearch.
- FerkelTongs: biogenesis in silico [1] (this is the most exciting and cool thing ever!), FunResearch, trying to cure hayfever through the power of thought.

Competition idea
Maybe the TongScientists could have a competition where they try to be the first to publish the word 'Tongs' in a research paper (conference or journal). They get a prize, and then the word becomes harder.
- Yeah, we play this with presentations. E.g. seeing who can get the word "asparagus" into a talk on anti-money laundering procedures, or "fanny" into one on corruption. It's easier than it sounds when spoken, as you can just 'improvise' an example of money laundering involving asparagus, and say something like 'that's deh-fanny-tly the case'. I suspect this latter trick wouldn't work in written form (unless peer reviewed, under an accurate definition of peer).
