Oprah's recent show demonstrating how female-to-male sex changes can be conducted for a fraction of the $68,000 Medicare price -- only 99 cents at Coney Island, 10 cents extra with onions -- has been sorely criticised by the US government.
"Such misleading healthcare claims only lead to emotional distress," the Surgeon General reported. "Take the case of Sarah Milpiece. Under Oprah's scheme she became a man for just 48 seconds. After proudly penetrating her [his] new girlfriend, Barbara Wantnook, Milpiece pulled away to find the frankfurter wedged in Barbara's special place. Wantnook is now undergoing significant counselling to deal with her unwanted, impromptu sex change."
